NOT RECOMMENDED-First of all the lady her name was (shewali) very bad irogant and rude. She put me in the noises room by the motorway side window location and I couldn't sleep entire 2 days at all.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was cleaned every day, there was coffee on the first floor. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The receptionists were both nice and helpful and were kind to assist us with our inquiries. The location is good, there's a bus just right outside. Coffee and tea are available downstairs near the reception area.

Loved the location for walking to Queens/71st avenue. Also close to the BJK tennis center. The staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. Great price for NYC.

For NYC, the price was good. It was small room, but adequate for the needs of 2 travelers. Great TV choices. Parking is tight. Walking distance to numerous eateries.
